In Store Returns

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. As such we try to make our return process for in store and online purchases as simple as possible. 

 

Returns for in store purchases are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund with receipt.  After the 30 day period has passed, an in store credit for the return with receipt will be issued with the current price of the item.  All original tags and packaging must be present at the time of the return.  If original packaging and tags are unavailable, the return will not be accepted.  

 

If you bring in a return with no receipt within 30 days of purchase, in store credit may be issued at the discretion of the manager.

Online Purchase Returns

 

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will pay for the return shipping costs (incorrect or defective item). Otherwise, the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and will not be paid for by The Good Life. 

 

All items must be returned in its original packaging and include all original tags. 

If you need to return an item, please contact us via the Contact tab at the top of this page with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

SALES ARE FINAL on seasonal, sale products and all food items and cannot be returned.

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and our Return Policy is designed to provide you a happy and worry free shopping experience. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Candles and Diffusers

Lotions, bath & body products

Food productsSeasonal products

Sale products

 

***The Good Life is not responsible for lost packages. Please file lost package claims with the shipping carrier you chose.

Shipping Policy

Here at The Good Life, we want to provide you with an enjoyable, online shopping experience. We can ship nearly everywhere in the United States but some restrictions may apply on some products. For standard shipping we use the United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx.

 

Once an order has been placed, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

 

You can also choose to pickup your order at our physical location at

401 S Beltline Hwy W, Suite 5 in Scottsbluff, NE.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready to be picked up.

Privacy & Safety

We take your safety and privacy very seriously, and will never sell your information to a third party. We also do not personally store any credit card information in our facility.
